Design Awards presented in Vienna

At a ceremony in Vienna on May 8, 2012, European Newspaper Award Jury and Competition President Norbert Küpper presented ENERGLOBE.DE with two “Awards of Excellence” for its print supplement design. ENERGLOBE editor-in-chief Frank Radtke--who, together with his team members, has collected an additional 33 of the various European newspaper design awards in the last ten years, including the highly-endowed “Red Dot Award”--commented: “The years covered by this European print competition were exciting ones, from which we emerge offering our sincere and generous thanks to Norbert Küpper, who started this competition so successfully more than a decade ago. Now we have all been swept up in the adventure ‘Print goes Online’. ENERGLOBE.DE is still a very young portal, which we will take in new directions and with which we will learn to master the permanence of constant self-reinvention.”
